SAFETY AND ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BUYER:
Buyer’s personnel will be required to attend a Safety Briefing (30 minutes) prior to working in Wal-Mart Import DC6088.
Buyer is required to provide picture ID for each of their employees who will be working in Wal-Mart Import DC6088.
Buyer is able to schedule this work to be done from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Sunday.
Buyer is required to finish all work, (disassembly, removal, and transportation off of Wal-Mart Import DC 6088 property) 3 weeks from start date.
BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Complete disassembly, removal, and transportation off of Wal-Mart Import DC 6088 property of all components of the Pallitizer system.
The Pallitizer system includes; A-881 Pallitizer including live roller conveyors, rollers, Pallet feed tower and conveyor, and Wedge Lift Transfer, 404 Octopus Shrink Wrapper, and Adjustoveyor Model 2374T24SPHL extendable conveyor.
Buyer will be responsible for labeling, crating, boxing, and collecting all components (including spare parts) of the Pallitizer, for shipment.
Buyer will be responsible for arranging/booking all transportation to remove Pallitizer system equipment, components, and parts from Wal-Mart Import DC 6088.
Buyer will be responsible for the loading, blocking and bracing of all Pallitizer System equipment , components, and parts, on their arranged transportation.
Buyer will be responsible for filling in and leveling holes in the concrete where floor bolts have been removed.
The area currently occupied with the Pallitizer system will be completely clean, floor space will have no remnants of the Pallitizer system remaining.
Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the work listed here.
