The Asset Retirement Program will be holding an online auction on behalf of their asset division. Highlights to include Pallet Racking, Floor Care Equipment, Yale, Crown and Nissan Forklifts, Walkie Stackers, Pallet Riders, Battery Chargers, Stock Pickers, Scissors Lifts, Challenger and Rotary Automotive Lifts, Cram-A-Lot, Marathon Compactors and Balers. All bidders will be subject to sales tax applicable to the auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption (out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers will not be charged sales tax)

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE LOT EITHER BY TAKING IT WITH THEM OR PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER

Removal Times

  • May 27, 28 2014 8AM - 2PM EST BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, call Susan at 616-608-8415 to make an appointment (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

  • BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED.

  • BUYER MUST GRIND OFF ANY AND ALL BOLTS ATTACHING THE SPECIFIC LOT TO THE FLOOR.

  • BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ENTIRE LOT HAS BEEN REMOVED. IF BUYER DOES NOT WANT A SPECIFIC ITEM IN THE LOT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER.

Payment Information

At auction completion you will have two (2) business days to pay your balance in full. All payments must be completed online.  If you have the winning bid on a lot you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your payment and schedule your pickup.

  • Wire transfer

If you have not paid your balance in full within two (2) business days, we reserve the right to charge the remaining balance along with a ten (10) dollar processing fee to the authorized credit card.  

 

Sales Tax

The appropriate sales tax for each lot is your responsibility to pay and will be collected during the checkout process. 

Tax will be collected at all times except for the following:

  • You are located outside the state where the lot is located and are not required by your state to pay sales tax.  However, you would be responsible to pay any sales and/or usage tax that your state and/or local government require.
  • You are tax exempt.
