The Asset Retirement program of the Worlds Largest Retailer has found it necessary to liquidate equipment from their Tire & Lube Express Center. Highlighlts to include automotive hoists, tire changer and balancer, air compressor, and support equipment. ** PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THURSDAY OCTOBER 18 OR YOUR ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED**

All bidders will be subject to sales tax applicable to the auction location unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption (out-of-state buyers and out-of-country buyers will not be charged sales tax)

 ALL ITEMS SOLD “AS IS WHERE IS”

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED. BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO REMOVE THE ENTIRE LOT EITHER BY TAKING IT WITH THEM OR  PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER.

 

Removal Times

  • BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED.

  • BUYER MUST GRIND OFF ANY AND ALL BOLTS ATTACHING THE SPECIFIC LOT TO THE FLOOR.

  • BUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO MAKE SURE ENTIRE LOT HAS BEEN REMOVED. IF BUYER DOES NOT WANT A SPECIFIC ITEM IN THE LOT THEY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING IT IN THE DUMPSTER.

  • October 16 -18, from 8AM - 5 PM EST. **PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY SATURDAY OCTOBER 18 AT 5 PM OR YOUR ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED** (STRICTLY ENFORCED)

 

Payment Information

At auction completion you will have two (2) business days to pay your balance in full. All payments must be completed online.  If you have the winning bid on a lot you will receive an email with instructions on how to complete your payment and schedule your pickup.

If you have not paid your balance in full within two (2) business days, we reserve the right to charge the remaining balance along with a ten (10) dollar processing fee to the authorized credit card.  

 

Sales Tax

The appropriate sales tax for each lot is your responsibility to pay and will be collected during the checkout process. 

Tax will be collected at all times except for the following:

  • You are located outside the state where the lot is located and are not required by your state to pay sales tax.  However, you would be responsible to pay any sales and/or usage tax that your state and/or local government require.
  • You are tax exempt.
